As a Certified Chief AI Officer (CAIO), CAIO.com Fellow, CAIMO for mid-market AI-enablement, Information Governance and Compliance Specialist (soon to be CIGO/AI certified), and former Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), she brings a unique blend of strategic insight and technical expertise to her role as CEO of AlterBridge Strategies.

Before founding AlterBridge Strategies, Kristi held diverse roles in executive management, product marketing, corporate marketing, product management, strategic technologies, internationalization, and development management across a range of B2B software vendors. Her experience includes working with PE and VC-funded companies like Vaporstream and MDY Group International, privately held Viewpointe, and public enterprise vendors such as CA Inc., Autonomy, and Hummingbird. Most recently, she deepened her expertise in AI technologies focused on risk and compliance while working with AIOps vendors Evolven and Optimeyes.ai.

Kristi’s extensive industry knowledge is matched only by her tenacity. Nicknamed the "Terminator" by a colleague earlier in her career for her ability to break through barriers that would stop others, is known for getting sh#t done. A factor that led to her being recognized with the CMO Award at CA Inc. for “Outstanding Contribution and Commitment to Excellence – Empowering Sales to Win” - out of a team of 150. Kristi holds a BSBA from the University of Central Florida and enjoys life with her husband and four rescued fur babies.
